ES cell is a kind of cell isolated from the early embryo (before the protoenteric embryo stage) or the primitive gonad, which has the characteristics of unlimited proliferation, self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation in vitro. Both in vitro and in vivo, embryonic stem cells can be induced to differentiate into almost all cell types in the body. ES has strict requirements on serum nutrients and endotoxin content, so we must be careful in screening fetal bovine serum. This Fetal Bovine Serum is filtered through sequential 100 nm (0.1 µm) pore size-rated filters. Before dispensing, each lot of serum is pooled using true pool technology to ensure uniformity and consistency between bottles.
